CONSTITUTION OF THE DIAMOND DISTRICT.

The following articles govern all activity within the Diamond District. Every trader, dealer, and operator within these borders is bound by this document. Ignorance of the law is not a defense. Read it.

ARTICLE I

ENTRY INTO THE DISTRICT

By entering the Diamond District, whether by download, installation, or any other means of access, you accept every article in this Constitution. These are the rules. If you don’t agree with them, the door is right there.

This document is a binding agreement between you and the District Council, operating under the authority of Aeonix Games. If you are under 18, it is an agreement between the Council and your parent or legal guardian, entered into on your behalf. Within these borders, the Council’s word is final.

ARTICLE II

AGE OF ENTRY

You must be at least 13 years of age to operate within these borders, or older if the country you live in sets a higher minimum age for online services. There are no exceptions and no waivers.

If you are between 13 and 18, you may only enter with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian must read and accept this Constitution on your behalf. Their acceptance binds them to it alongside you.

The District does not knowingly admit anyone under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If the Council learns that an account belongs to someone under 13, that account is closed and its data deleted.

FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS: The District includes live chat with other traders, simulated financial markets, and optional purchases made with real money. Nothing bought or earned inside the District has value outside of it. To review a minor’s account, request deletion of their data, or ask the Council anything about what happens in here, write to dk@aeonix.io.

ARTICLE III

IDENTITY & STANDING

Your account is your identity in the District. You are responsible for:

Keeping your credentials secure. If someone gets into your account, that’s on you.
Everything that happens under your name. Your account, your liability.
Reporting unauthorized access to the Council immediately.

One person, one identity. Do not create duplicate accounts to manipulate systems, and do not sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person.

The Council reserves the right to suspend or revoke standing for any account that violates this Constitution or goes dormant for an extended period.

ARTICLE IV

ASSETS & HOLDINGS

Everything you accumulate within the District exists under license from the Council. Every gem. Every dollar. Every storefront. The following asset classes are recognized:

CURRENCYCash reserves, ELIX holdings, and any future tokens or instruments issued within the District.

GEMSRaw stones and/or processed cuts of any carat weight or grade.

SECURITIESStock positions, options contracts, short positions, and any instruments traded on District exchanges.

REAL ESTATEMines, storefronts, and any property within District boundaries.

CRAFTED GOODSJewelry, finished pieces, and anything produced through District manufacturing.

OTHER HOLDINGSAchievements, certifications, Papers, upgrades, and any asset class introduced by future amendment.

The terms of your holdings are as follows:

Everything you hold in the District exists under Council authority. As of this writing, all assets are granted as revocable privileges, not owned property. Future systems may introduce transferable or tokenized asset classes, but until such mechanisms are live, the Council retains full discretion over all holdings.
Nothing earned or accumulated within these borders has value outside of them. District wealth stays in the District.
The Council may adjust any asset class without prior notice. Values shift. Markets change. That’s the game.
Assets move through District systems or they don’t move at all. Black markets exist inside the game. Outside of it, they’re a violation.

Some holdings can be acquired with real money through the App Store. If you are under 18, do not make a purchase without the permission of whoever owns the payment method. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms. Refund requests go to Apple, not to the Council.

FOR THE RECORD: Everything that happens on District exchanges is simulated. The trades are not real. The financial instruments are not real. None of this is financial advice. It’s a game. Play it like one.

ARTICLE V

DISTRICT LAW

Competition in the District is encouraged. Ruthlessness is expected. But the following actions fall outside the bounds of acceptable play:

Use of cheats, bots, automation tools, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized software to tamper with District systems
Knowingly exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for gain.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the District’s infrastructure
Overloading or deliberately disrupting District servers or networks
Impersonating another trader, Council member, or any other entity
Running commercial operations outside the District’s sanctioned systems without Council authorization
Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law

ON EXPLOITS: If you find a crack in the system, report it. The Council will handle it. If instead you exploit it repeatedly, knowingly, for personal gain, expect corrective action. That means seizure of any assets gained through the exploit, suspension or permanent removal from the District, or whatever other remedy the Council deems necessary. The Council alone determines what qualifies as an exploit.

ARTICLE VI

THE LOUNGE

The District Lounge is common ground. It’s where deals get made, alliances form, and reputations are built. The following rules apply to all communication within the Lounge and any District chat channel:

CIVILITYThe Lounge tolerates strong language. It does not tolerate hate speech, slurs, or bigotry of any kind, and sustained harassment of another trader is treated the same way. There is no gray area here.

REAL-WORLD THREATSThreatening another person’s real-world safety will get you removed. Immediately.

VILE CONTENTSexually explicit material, excessively graphic content, and anything designed to shock or distress has no place in the Lounge.

TRADERS UNDER 18Minors operate in the District. Soliciting personal information from a minor, pushing a conversation with a minor onto another platform, or any sexual or romantic approach toward a minor means permanent exile and referral to the appropriate authorities. No warning, no appeal.

PERSONAL INFORMATIONKeep your real-world details out of the Lounge, your own and everyone else’s. Posting another trader’s private information is grounds for immediate removal.

SPAM & PHISHINGIn-game hustles and deception are part of the economy. But attempting to steal account credentials or phish personal information is not a hustle. It’s a ban.

ENFORCEMENT: Every trader can report or block another trader from inside the app, and the Council reviews reports daily. As a courtesy, most infractions follow three steps: warning, mute, ban. But courtesy is not a right. Hate speech, real-world threats, approaches toward minors, and egregiously toxic behavior will result in an immediate mute or permanent exile at the Council’s sole discretion. No warning. No appeal. All moderation decisions are final.

ARTICLE VII

DISTRICT PROPERTY

The Diamond District itself is the exclusive property of Aeonix Games, protected under applicable intellectual property law. That includes its architecture, artwork, interfaces, audio, mechanics, code, and design.

Your entry grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to operate within the District for personal entertainment. You may not sublicense, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any District property.

ARTICLE VIII

SURVEILLANCE & DATA

The Council collects certain data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. By operating in the District, you consent to those practices.

Accounts belonging to traders under 18 carry additional protections: the Council does not sell their data, does not use it for targeted advertising, and collects only what the District needs in order to function.

A parent or legal guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor’s data by writing to the Council at dk@aeonix.io. The Council responds within 30 days.

Review the Privacy Policy. If the terms are unacceptable, exit the District.

ARTICLE IX

OUTSIDE AFFILIATIONS

The District operates alongside third-party platforms and services, including the Apple App Store, payment processors, and analytics providers. Those entities operate under their own terms. The Council is not responsible for their conduct.

Your presence in the District through the Apple App Store is additionally subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

ARTICLE X

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

THE DISTRICT IS PROVIDED AS-IS. THE COUNCIL MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The District may go down. Systems may break. Data may be lost. The Council does not guarantee uptime, stability, or security.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEONIX GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DISTRICT.

Total liability is capped at whatever you’ve actually paid in the twelve months prior, or fifty dollars, whichever is greater.

ARTICLE XI

EXILE

The Council may revoke your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon exile, your license to operate is immediately void. All assets tied to your identity may be forfeit.

You may leave the District voluntarily at any time. A parent or legal guardian may also close a minor’s account at any time by writing to the Council. Certain articles of this Constitution survive your departure, including District Property, Assumption of Risk, and Beyond the District.

ARTICLE XII

AMENDMENTS

The Council reserves the right to amend this Constitution at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the amendment date above, and notice may be given through District channels.

Continued operation in the District after an amendment constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, your recourse is to leave.

ARTICLE XIII

BEYOND THE DISTRICT

Outside these borders, this Constitution is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Orange County, Florida. By entering, you consent to that jurisdiction.

All disputes are individual. You waive any right to class action or class-wide arbitration. Where a trader is under 18, the parent or legal guardian who accepted this Constitution on their behalf is bound by this article. Nothing here limits any right that cannot be waived under the law of your home jurisdiction.

ARTICLE XIV
